RAWJ Consulting · From questions to decisions

Your next decision deserves a clearer perspective.

Financial, software and marketing consulting to understand challenges, compare alternatives and prioritise action. A focused session shaped around your question and the stage of your business.

Clear perspective. Focused priorities.

Before another investment, understand the problem.

More advertising may not solve a margin problem. A new system may not fix an undefined workflow. RAWJ Consulting connects business numbers, technology and marketing to your decision. We distinguish evidence from assumptions, identify what needs investigation and help you choose a practical next step. Consulting can be commissioned independently of implementation.

01 / Consulting areas

Three perspectives. One clearer business decision.

Choose the area closest to your question. If your challenge spans disciplines, we agree priorities and review boundaries before confirming the session.

01
Finance & planning

Financial consulting for businesses

Sales growth does not always translate into cash availability. Review the relationship between revenue, operating costs, margins and cash flow to understand where resources go. Our focus is management-level financial planning and decision support using available business data.

  • Cost structure, margins and break-even analysis
  • Pricing assumptions and operating budgets
  • Cash-flow planning and growth scenarios

Possible output: financial priorities and assumptions to test before increasing expenditure.

02
Technology & systems

Software and technology consulting

Before commissioning a website, application or internal system, translate the business need into clear requirements. Compare off-the-shelf products with custom development by fit, integrations, maintenance, operating costs and future needs, rather than technology popularity.

  • Assess a website, app or internal-system concept
  • Review development scope, proposals and integrations
  • Prioritise automation and digital transformation

Possible output: prioritised requirements, an alternatives comparison and a phased development roadmap.

03
Marketing & growth

Marketing consulting and growth strategy

When advertising spend rises without a clear understanding of performance, examine the customer journey, offer, channels and measurement. Discuss store readiness, tracking and acquisition or retention indicators to define testable hypotheses and a focused plan.

  • Review marketing strategy and advertising channels
  • Identify customer-journey and conversion gaps
  • Define performance indicators and growth experiments

Possible output: a diagnosis of gaps and priority tests before scaling campaigns.

Financial consulting covers business planning and management analysis. It does not include securities recommendations or investment management, or replace a qualified accountant or tax adviser where required.

02 / Session outcomes

A conversation with a practical direction.

Outputs reflect the question and agreed depth of review. A focused session differs from a detailed study or a review requiring system access.

Conceptual decision map linking a business question to alternatives and action priorities

Structured diagnosis

Define the problem, distinguish symptoms from possible causes and state assumptions and data limitations.

Alternatives and trade-offs

Compare options by cost, effort, risks and dependencies rather than offering a generic recommendation.

Actionable priorities

Identify what to start, what to defer and what to measure before the next decision.

Agreed follow-up

Confirm in advance whether scope includes a written summary, additional analysis or a follow-up session.

03 / How booking works

A clear path from enquiry to a focused session

  1. 01

    Tell us about the decision

Choose an area, describe the challenge and intended outcome, and suggest a suitable time.

  2. 02

    Review and confirm

Agree topic suitability, the appropriate adviser, duration, fees and meeting format before confirming.

  3. 03

    Prepare together

Agree what information is needed. Do not send sensitive documents or account credentials through the form.

  4. 04

    Clarify the next step

Compare alternatives and prioritise recommendations. Any implementation or further work is agreed separately.

When is a consulting session useful?

Before launch

Assess assumptions for a business, store or software product before committing to implementation.

When performance stalls

Explore gaps between sales and profit, marketing spend and results, or systems and team needs.

Before expansion

Compare options and define operating requirements, budgets and measurement for the next stage.

An informed perspective. The choice stays yours.

Consulting is independent of campaign management and software development. Implement recommendations internally or with your preferred team. If you choose RAWJ Agency or RAWJ Software, the handover requires your agreement and a separate scope. A session does not require another service or product purchase.

04 / Common questions

Before you book

Book a consulting session
How do I book a consulting session?

Submit the form on this page with your area, challenge and suggested availability. The team reviews the request and contacts you to agree scope, timing and fees. Form submission does not automatically reserve a time slot.

What does a session cost and how long is it?

Fees and duration depend on the topic, preparation and required outputs. These are agreed before confirmation. This form does not collect payment.

Is the session online?

The meeting format, link or location is agreed during confirmation. Include your preference and time zone so we can coordinate availability.

Can a session cover more than one area?

Yes. Explain how the questions connect. We clarify what can be covered meaningfully in one session and what needs a wider review or additional expertise.

What should I prepare?

Prepare a business overview, the decision you face, relevant figures or requirements and your priority questions. We confirm necessary information after reviewing the enquiry; never submit passwords through the form.

Will I receive a written report?

That depends on the agreed scope. Confirm whether a summary, report or roadmap is included and which outputs require additional work before booking.

Are profit or sales improvements guaranteed?

No specific business result can be guaranteed. Consulting clarifies alternatives and uncertainty; outcomes also depend on data quality, the market, implementation and follow-through.

Must RAWJ implement the recommendations?

No. Consulting is independent and you choose the implementation team. Further execution or follow-up can be discussed under a separate proposal.

How can I reschedule or cancel?

Use the contact channel in your booking confirmation. Rescheduling, cancellation and any refund terms are agreed before payment.

How is business information handled?

Enquiry details are used to understand and respond to your request under the company privacy policy. Agree an appropriate channel and any confidentiality terms before sharing financial documents or customer data.
